Family Date provides parenting education, coaching and personalised parenting support designed to help parents and carers understand recurring behaviour, improve communication and develop practical strategies for family life.
Services may include written behaviour plans, questionnaires, online consultations, practical scripts, educational resources and follow-up support.
All services are provided by Agata Boczkowska-Young.
## Not medical or mental-health care
Family Date services are educational and coaching-based. They are not:
* medical advice or treatment
* psychological counselling or psychotherapy
* a mental-health assessment
* a developmental assessment
* a diagnosis or treatment of any medical, psychological or behavioural condition
* a substitute for support from a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor or other appropriately qualified professional
Agata Boczkowska-Young is acting as a parenting educator and coach, not as a medical or mental-health professional.
You should seek appropriate professional support where you have concerns about your child’s development, physical health, mental health, behaviour or safety.
## Emergencies and safeguarding
Family Date is not an emergency, crisis or safeguarding service.
If you believe that a child or adult is in immediate danger, at risk of serious harm or unable to remain safe, contact the emergency services or an appropriate safeguarding professional immediately.
